Terrie Noonan
Chief Executive Officer
Terrie Noonan is the chief executive officer and co-founder of ISG Solutions. Before co-founding ISG Solutions, Terrie was an executive with EDS for nine years. Her last position was manager for the National Write-Your-Own Flood Insurance Program. In that capacity, she also served as manager of underwriting and client sales for the Omaha Property and Casualty Insurance Company and the Aetna Insurance Company. W. Charles Oakley
President
W. Charles Oakley is the president and co-founder of ISG Solutions. Prior to co-founding ISG, Charles was a senior manager with Ernst & Young. He also spent 13 years as an executive with EDS, and was vice president of information technology with the Southwestern Insurance Group. Charles can be reached at coakley@isgsolutions.com.

Philip Varady
Vice President
Phil Varady is responsible for supervising all implementation projects for ISG Solutions' consulting group, and managing the application hosting division. Phil has been with ISG Solutions since 1996, when he became the company's eighth employee. Prior to joining ISG Solutions, he was with the National Tire Dealers and Retreaders Association for 11 years, rising from the MIS Director to become the Director of Finance and Computer Operations.
